Junior Agent Philip Morelli is a native New Yorker who began his real estate career in San Francisco after graduating from SF State University with a BS in Political Science and a minor in Architecture. He returned to New York in 2020 and worked in Douglas Elliman’s upper west side office before joining the Lanyard Team. Philip assists the team in marketing sale listings, working with buyers, and overseeing the team’s rental division.
